Here are the 3 steps to follow:
- You have to go on the Apple website https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
- Then you have to choose the reason in the drop-down menu: that you didn’t want to buy the app (your children bought it), that you changed your mind (because the app is not great), that the app doesn’t work (bugs) or that it didn’t install as expected…
- Depending on the choice, Apple may ask you to leave a comment.
Refunds
In general, Apple re-credits your account within 2 days…
So if you downloaded an app that you finally regret, no problem, you can get a refund if you don’t wait too long.
