Located near the Gare de Lyon, in a former postal sorting hall belonging to the SNCF, it is a space of 6500m² where people meet, where ideas mix, where new solutions can appear.
Ground Control
The restaurants installed at Ground Control are labeled Ecotable. A charter that validates a supply in short circuits, seasonal products, home cooking, a large share of organic products, sorting and recycling actions and a concern for the human being.
The bars are all committed to a very selective supply policy: organic products, artisanal products, seasonal products, wine from winemakers, craft beers, even the spirits refuse conformism and value small productions.
